Description : Team Leader - Supply and Demand Planning . Company : Juhayna Food Industries. Location : الشيخ زايد

This role will be responsible for forecasting demand, data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supply meets demand also, develop and execute an inventory plan for a portfolio of items based on demand, actual orders, network lead times and available inventory for the export.

RESPONSIBILIETIES:

• Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to optimize export operations.
• Forecast and analyze market trends, customer demands, and production capacities to develop accurate supply and demand plans for export markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of export orders.
• Coordinate internally to align supply plans with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Build weekly MPS with production planner and follow up on it on daily basis.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems, including tracking and monitoring of stock levels, expiration dates, and product quality.
• Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain Management ,Engineering or Business Administration.
• 4 - 5 years of experience, FMCG's background is a must.
• Strong Decision making and Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• SAP user is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must.
