Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, for the construction of residential compounds.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for residential building projects.
• Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Review and approve change orders, variations, and contract modifications to maintain project scope and budget control.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and design teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
• Liaise with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
• Address client concerns, provide regular updates on project progress, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on the construction site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on residential compounds, Buildings, and Villas.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
