Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as a supporting function to the marketing, community, & hotels departments in terms of planning & execution.
  • a yearly plan & budget for the different sectors based on the different stakeholders’ needs & plans.
  • closely with the different stakeholders on the brief and the event objectives.
  • the client with a timeline for the event including planning, design, set-up, execution, etc.
  • evaluations to assess the success of each event.
  • comprehensive event reports for internal and client review.
  • feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • and execute comprehensive leasing strategies for each project to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
  • informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants.
  • positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and responsive customer service.
  • tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • client inquiries, provide property information, and guide them through the leasing process.
  • lease terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for both the company and tenants.
  • compliance with leasing policies, regulations, and fair housing guidelines.
  • the preparation and execution of leasing documents.
  • accurate records of leasing activities, tenant information, and financial transactions.
  • the unique features and benefits of the properties to enhance leasing opportunities.
  • analyze leasing performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Educational background and previous experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in leasing.
