  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 -2 years’ experience preferably in e-Commerce.
  • English language fluency in both written and spoken.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Problem solving and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Help in listing, adding the new products, manage stock levels and adjust prices on our website and our market place online accounts.
  • Pack and dispatch orders received via Anasia’s website and market-place accounts.
  • Liaise with Shipping couriers to book in, prepare items for collection and customers complains.
  • Prepare sales reports for each order/product and its last statues.
  • Prepare reports for the shipping performance and SLAs.
  • Follow and organize with our finance team, the shipping company payments.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding the payments.
